Golf Policies


Tee Times

Tee times may be made up to 30 days in advance, and may be made online or by calling our Golf Shop at (262) 245-7000, press 1. A 10%, non-refundable deposit is required on all online tee time bookings.

 

Pairing Players

In order to give all Guests the opportunity to play, we do try to pair players into foursomes whenever practical. This promotes a consistent pace of play. For less-skilled golfers who are worried about being paired up, we recommend an early bird or twilight tee time. Additionally, while we can accommodate any size party or group of golfers, we limit players to a maximum of 4 Guests per tee time. A party of 5 would be booked as a threesome and twosome, with the understanding that each of these may be paired to fill out foursomes for each tee time.

 

Non-Players

Non-player riders are permitted for a nominal fee. This fee covers the costs of providing a golf cart and insures against the rare golfer who brings his or her own gallery.

 

Tee Time Reservation Policy

Tee-times may be made for 2 to 15 golfers. Single golfers should call the Golf Shop; although a time cannot be reserved, we can almost always find a spot to get you on the course. Any groups of 16 or more players must contact our Group Sales office at (262) 245-7046; group reservations can be made up to a year in advance. All cancellations and reductions must be made no later than 48-hours prior to your tee-time, or your credit card will be charged. When making your tee-time, in addition to you personal contact information and credit card number, please be sure to enter your e-mail address so that you can receive an instant tee-time confirmation. We may also e-mail you notices of future cancellations or modifications to your tee-time and specials or promotions that we offer to our valued customers. Please be assured that Geneva National will never sell our database and your personal information to outside interests, and if you ever wish to stop receiving communication from the club, simply reply to our e-mail and ask to be removed. In case of inclement weather (severe thunderstorms or heavy rain), cancellation of tee-times will be accepted until time of play. After play has begun, rain checks may be issued at the discretion of Geneva National only, and no refunds will be issued after play has begun.

 

Dress Code

Geneva National’s dress code requires proper golf attire. Shirts must have sleeves and collars. No denim jeans, cut-offs, short-shorts, tank tops, sweat suits or other inappropriate attire will be accepted. Women may wear sleeveless golf shirts. Please call 262.245.7000 for more information.

 

Weather Assurance 

If you begin your round and cannot finish due to inclement weather, you will receive a prorated rain check (based on the green fee paid and the number of holes played) and a coupon for 50% off your next round of golf.

Accommodations Policies


Cancellation/Change Policy

The Ridge Hotel & The Inns of Geneva National

In order to avoid a cancellation charge of one-night stay plus tax and resort fee, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival. There is no penalty to change your reservation prior to 72 hours of your reservation.

 

Pet Policy

Pets are prohibited at Geneva National Resort. Please email inns@gnresort.com for more information on Lake Geneva area kennels and shelters.

Smoking Policy

In accordance with state law, our hotel is a smoke-free environment. Smoking in a guest room or common area can result in cleaning and additional fees up to $1,500.

 

Online Bookings

A refundable deposit of one night's stay is required on all room reservation bookings. 

 

Booking Rooms

You must be 21 years of age to reserve a guest room.

Spa & Salon Policies


Cancellation Policy

Please notify the spa at 262.249.3860 to cancel your service. If we do not receive a call within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, it will result in 100% of the service charged to the credit card on file. A credit card is required for all spa reservations.

 

If you are running late, a courtesy call is appreciated. We will reschedule your appointment if possible. Arriving late will limit time for your treatment, your service will end on time so the next guest is not delayed.

 

Please turn off all cell phones while in the spa. Leave them in the lockers we provide on silence. Be respectful of other guest's space. Please refrain from loud talking to help provide tranquility and relaxation for all guests who are in service.

 

Please lock up or watch your things; we are not responsible for any lost or misplaced items.

 

Health Issues

Please notify our staff when booking your treatments if you are pregnant, have allergies, diabetes, high/low blood pressure, are taking any medications that may affect your service or have any other physical ailments or disabilites. This will prepare our staff so we can provide the best possible treatment or therapy for you.

 

Online Bookings

A 10%, non-refundable deposit is required on all online spa reservation bookings.
