As always, the safety of our guests, members, and associates is our highest priority and we want you to feel confident when visiting our properties. Please know that in light of the COVID-19 situation, we have chosen to enhance our cleaning procedures and staff training, exceeding the preventative measures outlined by World Health Organization (WHO) and Centers for Disease Control (CDC). 

What precautions does Geneva National Resort & Club take?

Our cleaning team has been trained on proper cleaning procedures to prevent the COVID-19 virus.  We have increased the cleaning frequency of our public areas -- including lobbies, elevators, door handles and bathrooms -- and are utilizing hospital-grade disinfectant that kills 99.9% of bacteria and viruses as well as anti-viral sanitizing carpet cleaner.  We regularly disinfect all PTAC units both in guest rooms and atop our buildings and have instituted hand-sanitizer stations throughout the resort. Moreover, we are taking extra food-safety precautions while also educating our teams daily regarding operating protocols. What precautions should I take?

Please follow the CDC wellness measures, which emphasize frequent hand-washing for a minimum of 20 seconds, using a hand sanitizer containing at least 60% alcohol, and avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth. Additionally, avoid close contact with people who are sick. 

 

Have there been any reported cases of COVID-19 at Geneva National Resort & Club?

No cases have been reported at Geneva National, which is set apart on 1,600 open acres of woodlands, wetlands and fairways.  

 

What if I want to cancel my trip?

While our standard cancellation policy is 72 hours prior to your arrival, we are evaluating each situation and working with our clients to present options for all parties involved.
