A certified PGA Professional and member of the Wisconsin PGA since 2000, Rick Leslie comes to Geneva National with more than 20 years’ experience building successful junior golf programs at private clubs as well as coaching golf at the college level. In addition to day camps, drop-in clinics and a PGA Junior League, Rick debuts this year Geneva National’s first high school and college prep training.

Saturday Morning Skills

These clinics will address fundamentals and specific skills of golf, practice drills and some strategy development as kids progress.  Games and challenges and some on course play, and basic rules education.

  • Saturday mornings, thru the fall season from 9:30-11:00am

    • Note: weather permitting

  • Age Group 7-13

  • Open to the public and members

$20 per child per session

Friday Nite Fun

These clinics will address introduction to basic fundamental skills and concepts of golf and movements, while playing fun games and participating in individual and team challenges. The emphasis is on FUN!

  • Fridays, from 5:15-6:15pm  |  Last class held on August 30, 2019

  • Age Group 5-13

  • Open to the public and members

$10 per child per session

High School and College Competition Prep Program

This program is designed for the serious golfer, who wants to take the next step. Additions to program: Titleist TPI screening and program development, recruiting tips and college golf assistance, and more from a former college player and golf coach.

  • Tuesdays & Saturdays, from 2:00-4:45pm

  • Age Group 14-18

  • Open to the public and members

Junior Golf Camps

Age Group 6-10 Session

This group will focus more on set up and swing fundamentals briefly each day, and also basic body movement drills to develop coordination and control. Contests and games and fun challenges with drills will be the major component of the learning process.

  • Four-day sessions from 11:30am-12:45pm

  • Open to the public and members





Age Group 11-14 Session (Age 10 if they are skilled/mature enough)

This group will focus on developing golf swing fundamentals, putting, chipping and short game shots, irons and drivers as well as etiquette and on course strategy and some rules discussion. On course play and learning will be a major component for this group.

  • Four-day sessions from 8:30-11am

  • Open to the public and members

PGA Junior League

PGA Jr. League is a game-changing opportunity for boys and girls to learn and play golf. The program brings family and friends together around fun, team golf experiences with expert coaching from PGA and LPGA Professionals. Kids play a fun partner scramble format with a teammate, and matches will be played against other local area teams with emphasis on fun. More information is available on
